The odds were against me. I was selected from among the group of men with the highest incidence of Prostate Cancer in the world for one, and the statistics say the mortality rate for African-American men is two-and-a-half times that of Caucasian men. So here I am living in the United States of America, where the rate of prostate cancer is 60% higher with us, and I hailed from Jamaica, the prostate cancer capital of the world.
As I said in my book Prostate Cancer And Me...or You, The Two Stages (Man To Man) I had conquered many challenges in my life from a boy to manhood. Life was good now and meandering towards my delta like an accomplished river, but was ambushed by a disease of my manhood and against my manhood.
Nothing could describe the feelings, thoughts and sentiments when I got the news of my diagnosis. The questions were; Was I going to survive this? Will I ever be myself again if I survive? How will my family be affected, especially my wife by certain associated inabilities? and the list could go on.
As a result of my story and experience, and because of the death of two gentlemen that I was acquainted with, and because of the continued diagnosis of Prostate Cancer in other friends of mine, I have build this website to warn, educate and help other men and those concerned.
I might have brought the baton, in this race for life to my fellowman in the hope I can help in the fight against Prostate cancer. I will not let go of that baton, until you are up and running.
THE TOOLS I USED TO FIGHT AND TO SURVIVE.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
Lascelles Hillock link (firstname.lastname@example.org) 09/11/2013 8:55pm SICKNESS FOLLOWS INDULGENCE OF APPETITE.
Disease never comes without a cause. The way is prepared, and disease invited, by disregard the laws of health. Many suffer in consequence of the transgression of their parents. While they are not responsible for what their parents have done, it is nevertheless their duty to ascertain what are and what are not violations of the laws of health. They should avoid the wrong habits of their parents, and by correct living, place themselves in better conditions. Many person bring disease upon themselves by their self-indulgence. Keep up the good work my brother. Nuff respect Lloyd. Peace :)

My wife and I are a big advocate in natural and organic food. In fact, we do believe besides a man or a woman's spirituality, food makes a big connection with healing and long living.
Nowadays as this so called crushed economy will not allow an average man to bring meat home, people have no choice but to try to break themselves into deadly deals of buying meat with hormones, apples coated with wax and celerys spiced up with insecticides. No wonder the medical field is a booming business. It seems as if some of the farming industry team up with some doctors and drug companies in order to keep this deadly cycle moving. This poisonous typhoon is merciless and many have already been caught in it and many have already lost their life to cancer and countless of other types of issues, whether gastro or colon or bladder etc...
My wife and find it imperative to invest into our health now by consuming organic food and natural products so we don't have to pay for it in medical bill later in life.

Your efforts to get the message out to family, friends, and followers is awesome and awe inspiring. Your encouragement to have your "junk" checked made a huge personal difference to me. My cancer was caught early and the surgery was a complete success. All the best, my friend. Keep up the good work.
