I recently returned to the scene of the crime of my contracting PROSTATE CANCER. Hungry as I was though, I refused to gorge myself as I would have done in previous times, or even partake in miniscule manner of the poisons offered for food. The barbecued meats did not even present its usual tantalization, but was appropriately frowned upon. I recently returned you see from Jamaica to America.

I had returned to the scene of the crime from a land of wood, water, sand and sea, and good natural foods. From the moment I was let loose on the land I pulled off the road to the welcoming stall of Julie Mangoes, Black Mangoes, East Indian Mangoes, Naseberreies, Guineps, Soursop, Papua, ripe island banana, and water coconut.
After being away for seven years, I couldn't drive another moment before my indulgence like a pig on a virgin farm. After all, in Jamaica hog says the first wata him get him haffi wash. Translated: make use of the first opportunity.
I had consumed so much natural foods of good quality such as the breadfruit (roast and boiled) run down, corn meal pop, steam fish from the ocean, boiled banana, boiled yams, Dashine, Sugar Cane , potato pudding, and more.
